For koftas


1 massive – Potato (boiled and cooled)
half cup – Paneer
1 tbsp – Corn flour
half tsp – Grated ginger
2 tbsp – Chopped coriander leaves
1 – Green chilli, finely chopped
A pinch of garam masala
Salt and pepper

For filling

2 tbsp – Chopped cashews
1 tbsp – Raisins
1/Four cup – Grated cheese or paneer

Few teaspoons of oil for cooking within the pan.

Make the koftas by mixing all of the components and making medium-sized balls. Steam them within the appe/paniyaram pan.

Palak gravy


500g – Palak (steam eliminated)
1 no – Medium sized onion, finely chopped
Three-Four – Garlic cloves, finely chopped
half – Tomato, finely chopped
1 – Green chilly, chopped
half tsp – Grated ginger
1 tbsp – Ghee
half tsp – Kasuri methi
half tsp – Cumin seeds
1 – Bay leaf
Pinch of garam masala

*Blanch palak with a pinch of sodium bicarbonate. Cook it just for 30 seconds after which drain and switch right into a bowl with chilled water.
*Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin and bay leaf. Cook for a bit after which add onion, garlic and cook dinner till the onion is translucent.
*Add tomato, inexperienced chilly and ginger and cook dinner for 2 to 3 minutes till the tomato is cooked and softened. Remove the bay leaf.
